Product Overview
The Juniper EX3400-48T is the non-PoE, high-density member of the EX3400 family: a 1U fixed switch with 48 built-in 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ-45 ports and four 1/10GbE SFP+ uplink ports, without endpoint PoE. It serves access ports that connect non-powered devices or aggregatelinks.
It shares the EX3400 forwarding engine - 144 Gbps switching capacity and 214 Mpps - runs Junos OS, and supports Virtual Chassis of up to 10 members. Two redundant, hot-swappable AC PSUs provide resilient power for the chassis.
Choose the EX3400-48T where 48 GbE access ports and 10GbE uplinks are required without PoE powering. In addition to the four SFP+ uplinks, the switch provides two 40GbE QSFP+ uplink ports for high-speed aggregation to the distribution or core layer.
